  • Two outdoor complex hot tubs are available for guest use.
  • Lift ticket window located below the condo.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
  • No pets allowed (maxPets: 0).
  • This unit does not have air conditioning, same as most units in Telluride.
  • Please review our cancellation and other policies when booking.

Fees and Payments

  • 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • If booking within 60 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged upon booking.
  • Accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover.
  • Check or direct deposit accepted, but a credit card must be on file.
  • High chair, Pack n Play, baby gates available upon request (fees apply).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 60 days of arrival forfeit full amount of stay.
  • Travel insurance is encouraged. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected occurs. Please ask for details if you would like to purchase.
  • No refunds within the 60-day cancellation window for any reason, including weather, illness, or injury.
